Job Overview
As a Senior Nurse Specialist in our Post Surgical unit, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and implementing nursing care for patients. This position requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing compassionate care.

Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, identifying problems and developing individualized plans of care
• Plan and implement nursing interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Provide education to patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information

Requirements:
• Earned a nursing diploma or degree from an accredited institution
• Licensed in the State of Tennessee
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire
• Various certifications, depending on the specific unit (e.g., Basic Arrhythmia, ACLS, PALS)
