About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Oncology unit at Williamson Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and planning nursing care for patients with cancer, ensuring high standards of compassionate care. This full-time night position values diversity and promotes a culture of respect and integrity while providing comprehensive benefits to support employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities

* Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver exceptional patient care
* Coordinate and implement nursing care in a timely and accurate manner
* Document accurately and timely
* Reassess patient's condition, evaluate patient response, and modify plan of care accordingly and in a timely manner

Requirements

* Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university
* Licensed in the State of Tennessee
* BLS within 90 days of hire
* Basic arrhythmia certification within 6 months of hire
* ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
* ONS chemo/immunotherapy certification within one year of hire

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
