Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and Repair Dish Machines: Identify and resolve mechanical problems with dish machines to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Build rapport with customers, respond to their needs, and provide solutions to their problems.
- Upsell and Cross-Sell Services: Offer additional products and services to customers to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collect Payments and Manage Accounts: Collect customer payments and manage accounts to ensure timely payment and minimize bad debt.
- Deliver and Pick-up Chemicals: Safely transport and deliver chemicals to customers, and pick up used chemicals for proper disposal.
- Train Customers on Proper Usage: Educate customers on the proper use of cleaners and sanitizers to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate Service Agreements: Negotiate service agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.
- Physical Ability: Be able to work in a fast-paced, physical environment and lift up to 70 pounds.
- Ability to Work Overtime: Be available to work overtime as needed, including on-call shifts.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Competitive Pay: Earn a competitive hourly rate of $25 per hour, plus overtime opportunities.
