Director of Community Development

Hospice of the Western Reserve is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Provider Relations team. This role requires exceptional leadership and business development skills, with a strong focus on strategic growth and relationship building.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth, managing sales teams, and developing strategic partnerships. They will be responsible for leading our provider relations efforts, including identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and analyzing data to inform decision-making.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and contribute to the success of Hospice of the Western Reserve.
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities
• Lead the Provider Relations team and develop strategic plans to drive growth and revenue
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders
• Analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize sales strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other key stakeholders
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare-related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales management, business development, or a related field
• Proven track record in driving business growth and managing sales teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
