As a District Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts in an assigned territory, ensuring staff meets Environmental Services and laundry quality standards, and providing leadership and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities- Manage multiple accounts in an assigned territory, ensuring staff meets Environmental Services and laundry quality standards.
- Provide leadership, support, and guidance to ensure staff meets customer service expectations.
- Maintain accurate income and expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment records.
- Communicate effectively with building Account Managers, Administrators, and HCSG staff.
- Ensure the established standards, safety, and quality guidelines are met.
- Bachelor's degree in management or related field preferred.
- Two years of experience in Environmental Services in a healthcare environment and personnel supervision is desired.
- Specialized training in Housekeeping and Laundry equipment operation is desirable.
- Must be able to complete regulatory compliance courses and identify issues and implement necessary changes.
