Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage production lines to meet production schedules and quality standards
  • Develop and implement production plans to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Supervise and train production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Monitor and control production costs to ensure they are within budget
  • Identify and resolve production problems and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with saws and mills is a plus
  • Familiarity with truss production and/or design is a plus
