Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring that they are safe, clean, and well-maintained. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard
• Supervise and motivate a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and develop plans to address them
• Collaborate with property managers and other stakeholders to ensure that maintenance needs are met
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure that properties are well-maintained
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• EPA HVAC certification required
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
