About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services to our clients in Broomall, Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement personalized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify potential health risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and treatment procedures.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and their families, promoting open communication and trust.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Possession of a current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
  • Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required.
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with strong interpersonal skills and solid computer skills.
