Job Summary:
">We are seeking an experienced Nursing Director - Behavioral Health Specialist to oversee care provision, support direct care staff, and ensure high-quality behavioral health services. This role involves incident response coordination, collaboration with the Director of Nursing on staffing and education, as well as providing direct patient care when needed.
Responsibilities:
">- Provide oversight for the provision of care
- Serve as a resource to the direct care staff
- Coordinate on-site response to incidents, errors, and sentinel events
- Support the DON with hiring, orientation, staffing, staff education, and other activities as assigned
- Provide direct patient care under the Registered Nurse job description when necessary and/or assigned
Requirements:
">- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Inpatient experience strongly preferred

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
