We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our Clinical Department at Longterm Health Management Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care by instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining Nursing Department goals, inspiring your clinical team, and overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of nurses to provide high-quality patient care and services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Clinical Department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Nursing, or related field.
- Unencumbered Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
- At least 5 years of R.N. experience, with previous experience managing a department.
- Prior Director of Nursing or experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferred.
