About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Timberland. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and brand purpose.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring accurate and informed recommendations to customers.
  • Contribute to the visual and operational maintenance of the store, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage with diverse customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Previous retail or service-oriented experience is preferred, but not required.
