Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Chico's FAS, Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, where our values and guiding principles are at the forefront of ensuring a great customer experience and maximum profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, and ensure visual standards are met
  • Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and sales floor maintenance
  • Promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, and ensure a cohesive omni-channel experience
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently
  • Reinforce buying decisions at the checkout and achieve add-on goals, including gift card sales
  • Build and maintain a solid customer following through clienteling and wardrobing
  • Support replenishment activities and assist with locate fulfillment
  • Assist with visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, and visual presentations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Retail or sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Regular attendance and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
  • Constant walking and standing
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Frequent climbing
