Seasonal Sales Associate

Columbia Sportswear is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and driving sales growth through effective visual merchandising and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to consumer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and visual displays.
- Drive sales growth through effective visual merchandising, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Contribute to the profitability of the store by receiving and processing incoming and outgoing products accurately and efficiently.
- No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred)
- 2 (or less) years of experience in a position or specialization
- Experience interacting with and serving consumers
- Skill operating Inventory and Point of Sales (POS) systems, and various other retail software tools
- 16 years of age or older
