Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team at STS Construction Services. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, design, and customization of residential remodels and new construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of carpenters to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Review and interpret plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Conduct site safety inspections and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to coordinate project schedules and resources
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure high-quality workmanship

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in carpentry, with a strong background in lead carpentry or supervisory roles
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
