RideNow Powersports is seeking a reliable and sociable Operations Associate to join our team.

The successful candidate will possess a valid Motorcycle Endorsement and demonstrate the ability to maneuver and organize Motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft within our modern facility.


Key Responsibilities:

- Execute general merchandising duties to prepare vehicles for display and sale, including washing and cleaning units.
- Maintain the aesthetic appeal of our facility and assist with various operational tasks as needed.

The Operations Associate should have a clean driving record, a motorcycle endorsement, and a willingness to remain active throughout the day. A collaborative spirit is essential, as the role requires flexibility to assist with diverse tasks.

Specific Duties Include:

- Safely transport units in and out of the facility on a daily basis.
- Organize motorcycles, ATVs, Side by Sides, and watercraft in designated areas.
- Support the tagging process for sold units.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of units within the showroom and building.
- Wash and detail vehicles to prepare them for customer pickup or delivery.
- Maintain a clean and orderly showroom and lot.
- Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an automotive or powersports dealership, or auction setting is advantageous.
- Capable of handling large, heavy motorcycles (some weighing up to 850 pounds fully equipped).
- Motorcycle endorsement and riding experience are highly preferred.
- Ability to engage with customers, management, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Must be trustworthy, punctual, and dedicated.
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
