We are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong commitment to customer service to join our team as a Golf Retail Associate. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers in selecting merchandise.
- Provide detailed information about products and services.
- Manage tee time bookings and assist guests with scheduling.
- Perform opening and closing procedures for the retail space.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Complete additional tasks as required.
- A combination of education and experience that equips the candidate with the necessary skills to fulfill the role. A High School Diploma is preferred.
- Prior experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
