Position Overview

The role involves ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of guest accommodations and communal spaces within the establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Thorough Cleaning: Execute cleaning and servicing of designated guest rooms and public areas promptly and systematically, adhering to established protocols and quality standards.
  • Supply Management: Restock guest rooms and bathrooms with necessary amenities, supplies, linens, and towels in line with brand expectations.
  • Guest Interaction: Address guest inquiries and requests swiftly and courteously, while effectively communicating any guest concerns to the relevant departments.
  • Maintenance Reporting: Notify the Lead, Supervisor, or Maintenance Department regarding repair needs as per hotel procedures.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain linen carts and supplies in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Lost and Found Protocol: Report any lost and found items to the Supervisor.
  • Security Maintenance: Ensure the security of issued equipment, keys, and supplies on a daily basis.
  • Professional Appearance: Uphold a professional, tidy, and organized appearance in compliance with hotel and brand standards.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess the ability to read, write, perform basic arithmetic, and follow both oral and written instructions, typically acquired through 9 to 11 years of formal education.

A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience is required.

Position levels are defined as follows:

  • Hotel Housekeeping Attendant 1: Requires nine years of schooling and one year of experience.
  • Hotel Housekeeping Attendant 2: Requires nine years of schooling and three years of experience.
