Now Hiring: Artisan Bread Makers - $16-$20/hr
We are looking for an Artisan Bread Maker who can consistently create high-quality hearth breads and baked goods using our trusted recipes and ingredients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the prepared foods team to produce and bake our signature hearth breads and baked goods in a commercial kitchen environment.
  • Utilize commercial baking equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proofers, to prepare food items.
  • Maintain a friendly, welcoming demeanor while interacting with customers and team members.
  • Regularly lift and transport heavy products as needed.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in food service, preferably in a commercial baking setting.
  • Ability to work efficiently and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Food safety and sanitation certification (ServSafe or equivalent) is required.
  • Familiarity with organic and natural food products is a plus.
  • Proficient in reading and understanding English, with basic math skills for recipe measurements.
  • Capable of accurately following recipes to ensure product consistency.
Additional Information

This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Reliable attendance and commitment to a consistent schedule are essential, including availability for weekends and holidays.

Compensation is based on experience, with opportunities for pay increases after completing designated hours.

This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.
