As a Bakery Team Member at Panera, your job is to:

• 
  
• Bake all the fresh bread & pastries your cafe needs each day.
  
• Maintain our high standards for flavor & quality, using 100%
  real ingredients.
  
• Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, & sanitation tasks as
  needed.
  
• Meet & greet our guests, delivering excellent customer service
  in every circumstance.
  
• Step in & support your manager and team. 
  
• Learn different positions, such as: cashier, drive-thru (at
  applicable locations), salad & sandwich makers, barista, dishwashing,
  and dining room cleanliness. 
  
• Our cashiers are the friendly face of Panera. You’re in charge of
  welcoming customers, taking their orders, helping them have a great
  experience, and sending them off with a smile. 
  
• Our salad & sandwich makers assemble a wide range of menu items
  ensuring every order is made quickly, correctly, and consistently.

Requirements
for this Role include:

• 
  
• You must be at least 16 years of age
  
• 2nd Shift Availability; Shifts are typically 2PM-10PM.
