Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a thorough understanding of Sal's Pizza menu to effectively respond to customer inquiries.
  • Perform various tasks including food preparation, dough stretching, topping preparation, pizza assembly, order taking, box folding, and maintaining a clean workspace.
  • Assist customers with specific dietary restrictions and allergies.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards in both Sal's Pizza locations and mobile food units.
  • Exhibit professionalism in personal appearance and conduct, adhering to uniform and grooming standards as well as PPE guidelines.
