Responsibilities as an Inventory Control Administrative Specialist
  • Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies within the inventory system
  • Confirm the location and quantity of warehouse items, rectifying any inaccuracies
  • Unload, inspect, sort, palletize, and load products as necessary
  • Retrieve items from designated storage areas
  • Report findings and updates related to audits
  • Process Return Material Authorizations (RMA) efficiently
  • Maintain a tidy and safe work environment
  • Notify supervisors of potential workplace hazards
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned
