The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in mechanical project management and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. They should be able to lead teams, manage budgets, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing multiple mechanical and plumbing projects
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Overseeing project budgets and ensuring financial goals are met
  • Cordinating with team members, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution
  • Reviewing and interpreting plans, specifications, and contracts to guide project objectives

Requirements include:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a mechanical project manager
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with budgets up to $10 million
  • Strong understanding of piping systems and mechanical processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
