Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our manufacturing plant's quality and food safety initiatives in New Hampshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and executing quality and food safety programs, coordinating the local HACCP Team, and partnering with Corporate Quality and Food Safety.
Key Responsibilities- Leading the Quality Department's daily operations
- Implementing and executing quality and food safety programs
- Coordinating the local HACCP Team and partnering with Corporate Quality and Food Safety
- Leading all customer, regulatory, and third-party quality and food safety audits
- Investigating and responding to consumer and customer complaints
- Managing the non-conformance process
- Leading validation of all changes in manufacturing process
- Supporting new product and process trials and launches
- Being a member of the Plant Leadership Team
- Owning the budget for lab supplies, labor, general supplies, lab services, and pest control
- Ensuring compliance with GMP's, SOPs, Corporate Programs & Training
- BS Degree in Food Science or Nutrition (preferred)
- 5+ years of Quality Management experience in food manufacturing
- Experience with sanitation oversight
- Strong knowledge of FDA/USDA/PCQI/SQF or BRCHACCP certification
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills
