Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage end-to-end roadmaps in service of product priorities.
- Manage cross-functional programs and projects in a matrixed organization.
- Communicate progress and escalate impediments to enable smooth delivery.
- Bring a strong sense of strategic execution to the Product and Technology Organization.
- Establish shared goals and objectives to build alignment across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Provide ongoing communication of planning, project status, issues, and risks promptly to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities or gaps in product development cycle for owned and others' products and propose solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs.
- Expertise in building strong cross-team relationships and working cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, Engineering, Analysts, Technology, Operations, Legal, Security, Marketing.
- Expertise in working with multiple organizational levels, including mid-level management and org leadership.
- Ability to lead without authority to drive cross-functional teams toward completion of their deliverables.
- Comfortable operating in a fluid, agile, and team-oriented environment, with experience bringing order to chaos in a matrixed, highly cross-functional organization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that reflect clear thinking and messaging across different cohorts of audience.
- Expertise using agile, project, and issue tracking software.
- Deep expertise in agile principles and practices, with the ability to transfer that understanding with Product and Program teams.
- Proven experience with positively impacting org-wide health and performance leveraging agile methodologies at scale.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of tools and Azure boards.
