Qualifications:

  • Journeyman Electrician/HVAC with at least 5 years of supervisory experience in mechanical and electrical work within the construction industry, or a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering graduate with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with construction methodologies, timelines, logistics, and financial management.
  • Current safety certifications, including OSHA 10 or USACE EM and First Aid/CPR.
  • Possession of USACE/NAVFAC QCM certification or willingness to obtain it within 90 days, with costs covered by the employer.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Exceptional attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional demeanor with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license from the state of residence in good standing, with no serious driving offenses in the past decade.
  • Must successfully pass a facility security clearance investigation.

Working Conditions:

  • Environment: Primarily office-based with occasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
  • Noise Level: Generally moderate, with potential exposure to higher noise levels at job sites.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, with frequent requirements to sit, stand, walk, and perform various physical activities.
  • Travel: Up to 15% may be required.
