Qualifications:
- Journeyman Electrician/HVAC with at least 5 years of supervisory experience in mechanical and electrical work, or a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering graduate with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient understanding of construction methodologies, project timelines, logistics, and budgeting.
- Current safety certifications, including OSHA 10 or USACE EM and First Aid/CPR, are mandatory.
- USACE/NAVFAC QCM certification is required or must be obtained within 90 days, with costs covered by the employer.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work autonomously with minimal oversight.
- Exceptional attention to detail along with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is required.
- A valid state-issued driver's license in good standing is necessary, with no reckless driving or DUI offenses in the past decade.
- Must successfully pass a facility security clearance investigation.
Working Conditions:
- Environment: Primarily office-based with occasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Noise Level: Moderate, with potential exposure to higher noise levels at job sites.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, with frequent requirements to sit, stand, walk, and perform various physical activities.
- Travel: Up to 15% may be required.
