Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our team. As a Sterilization Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our medical equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about healthcare and wants to make a difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and disinfect medical equipment according to all Accreditation standards.
  • Perform minor repairs to equipment as needed.
  • Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment cleaned and repaired.
  • Keep work areas, testing equipment, and inventory organized and tidy.
  • Conduct weekly inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours and carry loads up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Potentially willing to obtain a Chauffeur's license and DOT certification.
  • No experience needed - we will provide training.
