BAYSIDE PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES LLC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our outpatient services, you will provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions to clients with mental health concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans for clients
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy
- Collaborate with clients' families and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
- Provide case management services, including coordinating referrals and resources for clients
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work)
- Licensed or soon to be licensed in Maryland
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, diagnostic criteria, and treatment modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
