Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at Centria Autism. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism develop the skills they need to succeed in life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to children with autism in one-on-one or group settings.
- Implement science-based practices and protocols to create and repeat learning opportunities.
- Document progress and responses of children in your care.
- Collaborate with our world-class clinical leadership team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, as well as a TB test if not recently completed.
