**About the Role:**

Vivo HealthStaff is committed to providing exceptional mental health services to inmates in correctional facilities. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team, who will work closely with correctional staff, medical professionals, and external agencies to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing Psychological Services: Offer a range of psychological services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, to inmates in a correctional facility.
  • Crisis Intervention and Response: Respond to mental health crises within the facility, implementing de-escalation techniques and crisis management interventions.
  • Documenting and Reporting: Maintain accurate and confidential records of all clinical interactions, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and institutional policies.
  • Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with correctional staff, medical professionals, and external agencies to provide comprehensive care, participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment plans and progress.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Licensed as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), MFT, LPCC.
  • Experience in a correctional or forensic setting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the DSM-V and mental health diagnoses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
