  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, adhering to standards of care.
  • Develop, initiate, and execute patient plans of care, tailored to individual patient needs, as prescribed by physicians and/or clinic policy.
  • Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities, including shared governance.
  • Utilize clinical expertise to support other units and departments in patient care.
  • Escalate patient safety and experience concerns to the appropriate chain of command.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • BSN or agreement to complete an accredited BSN Completion Program.
  • 12 months of RN experience required.
  • Licensed as an RN in the state of practice.
  • Approved CPR certification required within 90 days.
