Veterinary Dermatology Team Lead

Animal Dermatology Group Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Dermatology Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our veterinary dermatology department, ensuring the highest level of patient care and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of veterinary technicians and support staff
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures
- Coordinate patient care and treatment plans with veterinarians and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with management to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in veterinary dermatology
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
