Job Summary
">We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a PCT, you will provide direct patient care, monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, and perform various technician duties.
Responsibilities

- Provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to patients">
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any abnormalities to the healthcare team">
- Set up and operate hemodialysis machines">
- Educate patients on kidney dialysis-related topics">
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care">
Requirements
">- ">
- High school diploma or equivalent required">
- No prior dialysis experience necessary; training provided">
- Must be comfortable working around blood and needles">
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays">
- Healthcare experience a plus, but not required">
What We Offer
