Role Overview:
Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Massachusetts. This opportunity allows you to work closely with students of various ages, helping them overcome speech and language challenges and achieve their educational and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services in group and individual settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create a supportive learning environment.
- Document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Attend IEP meetings and provide input on communication goals and strategies.
- Stay informed about current practices and research in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Massachusetts State Licensure or eligibility to obtain one.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in a school setting is beneficial.
