Job Overview

Colonial Chevrolet of Acton is a reputable dealership seeking an experienced Collision Repair Specialist to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring exceptional vehicle repairs for our customers.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $130,000 per year, paid weekly, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, holidays, and employee discounts on vehicle purchases and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs and provide accurate estimates for customers.
  • Perform a wide range of collision repairs, including body work, panel replacement, painting, and more.
  • Repair and replace damaged mechanical, electrical, and interior components of vehicles.
  • Utilize advanced equipment and technology to ensure the highest quality repairs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on repair progress and answer any questions or concerns.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Collision Repair Technician.
  • Knowledge of vehicle repair techniques, tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and estimates.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
