Job Overview

Autism Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled BCBA/Case Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time salaried position offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This BCBA will play a critical role in providing evidence-based treatment plans, overseeing staff implementation, and ensuring high-quality care for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health, leadership skills, and experience working with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Interventions Plans (IPs)
  • Supervise and train staff on ABA procedures, data collection, and fidelity of implementation
  • Analyze client data, identify trends, and make informed decisions about treatment adjustments
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with funding sources, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in Education or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Connecticut
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supervision, preferably in-home or telehealth settings
  • 3+ years of experience working with individuals with ASD
  • Valid Connecticut driver's license, good driving record, and proof of car insurance
