Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Civil Crew, plan and schedule work assignments to meet project deadlines, and ensure adherence to safety regulations and guidelines.
- Installation and Maintenance: Perform line / utility installations, grounding as needed, troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, and maintain accurate records of project progress.
- Training and Development: Train new crew members on proper construction techniques and safety procedures.
- Experience: Previous experience in the telecom industry, specifically in civil construction.
- Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
- Operational Skills: Proficient in operating construction equipment and tools, willingness to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Administrative: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Base Pay: $26-$30 Depending on experience.
- Sign-on Bonus: $2000 Paid after 6 Months of continuous employment.
- Performance Reviews: Employment Progress Reviews at 45 Days, 90 Days, 180 Days and 365 Days. Annually thereafter. Each with a potential for a RAISE based on performance.
- Per Diem: Paid weekly starting at $100/day.
- End-of-Year Bonus: Generous end-of-year bonuses.
- Travel and Holidays: Paid Travel to and from regular rotation breaks, Christmas and New Years OFF.
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Begins 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
- Life Insurance and Disability: Begins 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
- 401k: 25% company match, maxed out at $2500/year.
- Vacation Pay: 7 Paid Holidays and Vacation Pay after 1 year of continuous employment.
