Job Title: Senior RF Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Design Engineer to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced RF systems and components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop transmitters, receivers, and exciters
  • Optimize RF circuits and components for performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate RF systems with other technologies
  • Provide technical support during production and lifecycle support
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 5+ years of experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience
  • Experience with microwave/RF system analysis, design, and test
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as MATLAB
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with simulation tools such as ADS, SystemVUE, and/or MentorGraphics' Xpedition
  • Background in designing for manufacturability, producibility, and cost constraints
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to identify alternate solutions to overcome technical challenges
