Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, providing accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Ensure shelves are fully stocked and merchandise is visually appealing, creating an inviting shopping environment.
  • Process returns and exchanges efficiently, providing a positive experience for customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and services, sharing knowledge with colleagues and customers.
  • Conduct and analyze pool water samples, providing expert advice to customers.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
