Are you a people-person with great organizational skills looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced retail environment? As a Retail Sales Associate at Burlington Stores, Inc., you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our customers, maintaining a neat and organized sales floor, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist customers in locating merchandise and answering questions about products

* Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and processing merchandise

* Support the management team with tasks such as floor moves, merchandising, and display maintenance

* Ring up sales at registers and/or bag merchandise for customers

**Requirements:**

* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Ability to work in a team environment and support colleagues as needed
