About the Position

This is an exceptional chance to become part of a dynamic team as a Project Management Specialist. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will oversee various aspects of construction projects, from development to completion.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and track special inspection documentation.
  2. Establish and maintain all project files relating to subcontracts, bid package records, plans, specifications, changes, clarifications, and as-built documents.
  3. Lead estimating/purchasing efforts in finalizing bid packages, including receiving and leveling bids.

We require a motivated professional with 3+ years of construction experience and advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Procore project management software and excellent communication skills.

Your Expertise Matters
  • Familiarity with data center construction projects or complex infrastructure projects.
  • Understanding of construction project plans and specifications.
  • Ability to interact with owners and clients effectively.
