About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Scheduling and Project Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience using Oracle Primavera P6 and other project management software applications to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Use scheduling software to create resource-loaded schedules, resource histograms, and other reports as needed.
  • Work closely with project managers to provide guidance on the use of scheduling software and to help them keep their projects on track.
  • Develop and maintain a training program for PMIS users.
  • Provide guidance to engineers and other users on how the project scheduling system can be used.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must meet the minimum qualifications outlined below:

  • At least one year of experience using scheduling software, including Oracle Primavera P6.
  • Experience working with project managers to provide guidance on the use of scheduling software.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a training program for PMIS users.
