Key Responsibilities:
  1. Primary Duties:
    1. Reconcile subsidiary ledgers with general ledger account balances.
    2. Prepare and record general journal entries.
    3. Analyze accounts receivable and payable aging reports during month-end and collaborate with accounting personnel to address discrepancies.
    4. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
    5. Assist in the preparation of budgets and conduct monthly budget variance analyses.
    6. Generate monthly financial statements.
    7. Help prepare monthly and quarterly reports for regulatory agencies.
    8. Assist in the annual audit process.
    9. Conduct quarterly billing audits.
    10. Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information, including rates and billing details as outlined in the Confidentiality and HIPAA Privacy Agreement.
  2. Team Collaboration & Communication:
  3. Foster a positive and transparent relationship with all levels of management.
  4. Advocate for the rights of all stakeholders.
  5. Complete additional tasks as directed by the Finance Director.
  6. Qualifications:
    1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
    2. A minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
    3. Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
    4. Experience with vendor and customer reconciliations.
    5. Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, and efficient.
    6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
