As a rapidly growing restaurant group with 30 locations and ambitious expansion plans, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Real Estate Development Manager to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

This critical position will oversee all phases of the real estate development process, ensuring seamless execution from site selection to final inspections. The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set, combining expertise in real estate, lease negotiations, and construction oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Selection: Identify and evaluate potential locations for new restaurants, conducting market research and feasibility analysis to support our growth strategy.
  • Lease Negotiations: Partner with real estate attorneys to negotiate favorable lease terms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with legal standards.
  • Construction Management: Oversee general contractors (GC) and manage all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and quality assurance.
  • Project Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions through all project phases.
  • Final Inspections and Opening Readiness: Manage final inspections, ensuring that all locations meet regulatory standards and are prepared for successful openings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in real estate management, including site selection, lease negotiation, and construction oversight.
  • Strong understanding of lease agreements and the ability to communicate effectively with attorneys.
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to drive projects to completion within timelines and budgets.
Compensation
