About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and polished full-time real estate agent to join our growing team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly motivated and dedicated group of professionals who are passionate about helping you achieve your highest potential.
Job Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Social Media / Video: Utilize various social media platforms to create engaging content and build our brand.
- Daily time blocking and effective time management: Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
- Daily written gratitude journal and 25 affirmations: Cultivate a positive mindset and develop a growth-oriented approach to challenges.
- Daily handwritten personal notes: Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues through personalized communication.
- Willing and able to prospect daily building your sphere of influence: Proactively seek out new opportunities and expand our network.
- Commitment to excellence in all aspects of marketing, branding, and procedure: Strive for perfection in every aspect of your work, from marketing campaigns to client interactions.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, closing at least 10 real estate escrows.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
- A customer-advocate mindset, prioritizing providing exceptional service to clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for daily discipline, accountability, role-playing, scripting, and time management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional phone skills, with the ability to effectively set and close appointments over the phone.
- The ability to think quickly and solve problems effectively.
