The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing enterprise solutions based on REST-based APIs, microservice-based architectures, and domain-driven design (DDD) principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, resilient applications using Azure services
  • Implement user security and single sign-on in web and mobile applications
  • Develop firmware for leading-edge analog and communicate sensor portfolio products
  • Integrate 3rd party sensors and work with vendors to understand their functionality and algorithms
  • Work closely with other developers and teams to ensure proper interoperability of sensors with controllers and software solutions
  • Collaborate with the verification and validation team to ensure full test coverage and quick closure of reported firmware defects
  • Recognize technical firmware debt and propose mitigation options
  • Clearly document code functionality and organization using best practices
  • Work with technical support to diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues
  • Champion process improvements to increase quality, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
  • Participate in agile planning events, including Scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 5 years of progressive experience in software development, software engineering, or a related occupation
  • Experience in building scalable applications using Azure services
  • Experience in implementing user security and single sign-on in web and mobile applications
  • Experience in developing firmware for leading-edge analog and communicate sensor portfolio products
  • Experience in integrating 3rd party sensors and working with vendors to understand their functionality and algorithms
  • Experience in working closely with other developers and teams to ensure proper interoperability of sensors with controllers and software solutions
  • Experience in collaborating with the verification and validation team to ensure full test coverage and quick closure of reported firmware defects
