Job Overview

Direct Hire Opportunity: We are seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians for a reputable employer.

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $32.24 to $39.52, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the reliability of machinery and equipment through regular preventive maintenance.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, and specifications to perform necessary maintenance tasks.
  • Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments to assess and modify parts as needed.
  • Assemble, install, adjust, and calibrate mechanical and electrical systems; dismantle and repair equipment as required.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and participate in operational excellence initiatives.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior maintenance staff.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training and 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficient in using hand, power, and diagnostic tools for maintenance tasks.
  • Knowledgeable in automated industrial machinery and various systems.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings and work orders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and reassembling manufacturing equipment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
