Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Sales Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of sales staff to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Results: The Retail Sales Leader will be responsible for knowing all aspects of store business and metrics, and in the absence of the Store Manager, will set goals and drive revenue.
  • Customer Service and Product Knowledge: The Retail Sales Leader will engage customers, assist in fulfilling their needs, and build relationships by sharing product knowledge.
  • Operational Excellence: The Retail Sales Leader will ensure the selling floor and backroom are clean, neat, and orderly, and will have access to store funds and product.
  • Merchandising: The Retail Sales Leader will utilize company guidelines to make effective merchandising decisions and hold the store to standard.
  • Training and Performance: The Retail Sales Leader will assist in the onboarding of new employees, provide customer service and operations training, and participate in new technology implementation and training.
Requirements
  • Two or more years of sales lead experience preferred
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills, as well as effective management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with technology required; computer-based training expertise is preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
