Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Experience: Maintain a tidy, safe, and inviting store environment to ensure a positive experience for customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and cannabis therapies to effectively recommend and sell to customers.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and the store is well-maintained to provide a seamless shopping experience.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and customer-focused work environment.
  • Point of Sale and Cash Handling: Accurately use and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions with precision.
  • Data Entry and Compliance: Timely and accurately enter customer data and maintain compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Customer Verification: Verify proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for customers to ensure a secure and compliant transaction.

Requirements
  • Availability: Must be willing to work weekends.

  • Product Knowledge: Desire to learn about our products and cannabis therapies.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, point-of-sale software, and cash management are a plus.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for the entirety of a full shift.
