As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a tidy and safe store environment, and promoting a positive work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure each customer leaves our stores with the product they need and a desire to return.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Accurately use and maintain the Point Of Sale (POS) system.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers warmly and verifying proper paperwork and documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Team.

Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work weekends.
  • Must possess a Marijuana Workers Permit or ability to obtain one at own expense.
  • Must have a reliable method of transportation to get to work.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for the entirety of a full shift.

  • This role starts at $16.00 an hour plus nightly cash tips.
